The Technomat is a compact, space-saving pressure unit.
The pressure load is 2.0 bar. The housing is made of Makrolon resin. The pressure pot consists of INOX-steel.
The Technomat is tailored to the specific technology of fast curing resins. The physical and chemical properties of the resins are fully preserved. Curing the resins in the Technomat creates bubble-free and thus higher-quality test specimen.
Use of the Technomat results in optimal specimen with all fast-curing cold embedding media, particularly with transparent materials such as Technovit 4004. There is no obnoxious odour during the polymerisation.

Technotray CU
This blue light polymerisation device is tailored specifically to the properties of Technovit 2000 LC. The polymerisation temperature is about 90°C.

FAS®, FAS-M®, Fix Lam®, Aluminium Support Discs
FAS (Fast Attached System)
FAS makes it possible to change self-adhesive polishing discs, grinding / polishing foils and diamond grinding discs quickly and rationally. FAS is simply glued to the support disc of the grinding and polishing machine. The surface qualities of FAS facilitate unlimited, residue-free changing. No glue residues.

Fix-Lam
Fix-Lam is a disc for attaching on and removing SiC glass papers that are not self-adhesive.
